Circuit Design Electrical Engineer

Work includes general support for the production-level millimeter wave wireless product line, working closely with firmware and software engineers. Reports directly to the CTO.

Experience: 10 years minimum. Experience in digital and analog circuit design, including digital serial protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART/USART required. Schematic capture and PCB layout skills required. Experience with the Altium Design platform required. Debugging experience with J-Link, STLINK, JTAG a plus. C, Python, and general firmware background a plus.
Education: BSEE required; MSEE desired.

Principal Software Engineer — Embedded User Interface

Architect, design and deliver secure interfaces for management and operation of our embedded Linux radio systems — from requirements analysis through design, implementation and verification. Located in our Irvine, CA offices, with a hybrid arrangement possible once fit is established.

Experience: 7+ years software design and development experience with demonstrated technical leadership. User interface development in embedded Linux required; Yocto Linux experience required. Web technologies (PHP, HTML, REST, JSON, Lighttpd), SQLite, Debian/OpenWRT, and SSL/TLS X.509 certificates a plus.
Education: BS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or applicable related on-the-job experience.

Senior Embedded Linux Firmware Engineer

Must be able to read and functionally understand board schematics and work hand in hand with hardware engineering, using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, BERT testers and RF analyzers.

Experience: 10 years minimum. Highly proficient embedded Linux kernel and application experience on ARM microprocessors with GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C and Ethernet interfaces. Source-code debugging on target/remote hardware in Debian and/or Yocto required. Netopeer2, Net-SNMP, Sysrepo and BeagleBone Black experience a plus.
Education: Minimum BSEE or BSCS required.
